Save the date! First Czech VMUG meeting in Prague 11. 2. 2016

January 8, 2016

Yes, we did it! (or: we are trying to) 🙂

After taking some courage and with the influence of the italian VMUG friends + meeting the VMUG HQ colleagues in Milano we decided to organize our first Czech Republic VMUG meeting! The venue is now selected and the program is in the making.

Since this is our first go we decided to go for a half-day only format (from 8.30am to 12.30pm). Besides the welcome message and latest VMware news we expect to have four sessions, of which two will be purely user led, and two will be sponsor use cases. Topics that will be discussed will likely be VMware NSX and vCAC, Backup & DR with Veeam, probably a session on Nutanix as well and RuneCast.

Our sponsors will be Veeam (Gold sponsor) and Nutanix (Silver sponsor). Thanks to them for their support!

We expect that the VMware NSX session will be in english. The RuneCast session will probably be in English as well. My session on Nutanix might be in English too.

The selected venue for this event is Hotel Barcelo, instructions to reach the hotel are included in the VMUG event page (see link below). Breakfast and refreshments for attendees will be included.

We have a hard limit to 50 places max therefore please register ASAP!
You can find details about the conference (and register) on the official VMUG event page here.

See you in Prague on Thursday, February 11th 2016!
